Where to start.

Life has so many ups and down. Sometimes it seems like something has run its course and/or passed by, but then suddenly, it re-surfaces. That’s how life has been recently. No new beginnings so to say, just continuations after a pause of events thought to have been over…. confusing, I know. But so is life…

The semicolon or semi colon is a punctuation mark that separates major sentence elements. A semicolon can be used between two closely related independent clauses, provided they are not already joined by a coordinating conjunction – WIKIPEDIA

In these moments when life feels like a constant semicolon, what can one do?

We are already 5 months into the year (well, almost. May is around the corner). There are situations that I expected to be through with by now, and some have made their way out of my life, others… not so much. And that’s fine.

I guess you just embrace it. Embrace life. Be grateful that you are here to experience this glorious thing that is life.

So that’s what I’ve decided. Just to embrace everything thrown at me in this life.  And instead of focusing on the small unwelcomed things, I’ll rather focus on the things I’ve been praying for. So much to be grateful for, so why dwell on what doesn’t put a smile on my face.
I hope you are living your best life… Because this is the only life you’ll have, and you should make the best of it.

      1. Totally agree with you on this. Life will always be mixed with good and bad things, and from them we learn and grow as humans.
So so important to take care of our lives and make the best of the time we spend here on earth. Loved this post Valery and the Camps Bay pics are just gorgeous! x
